Terms and Conditions:
- The fees for our recruitment services are payable by the employer and are contingent on the hiring of a candidate referred by our company. The fee applies to candidates referred by us for a specified or an alternate position, and employed by you or an affiliate or any other entity as a result of subsequent referrals by you either as an employee, consultant, or an independent contractor, within twelve (12) months from the date of our last referral. All fees are payable net thirty (30) days from the starting date of employment. Annual Compensation includes base salary, plus an estimate of commission or bonus.
- The Dorries Group offers a replacement guarantee for any candidate placed in a position that does not remain employed for 90 days. If the employee’s employment terminates for any reason other than reorganization, elimination of position, takeover, or material change in job responsibility within the applicable guarantee period, we will perform another search for the position at no charge to the company.
- The hiring company is responsible for checking references and confirming the accuracy of the candidate’s resume. Any reference checks performed by The Dorries Group only provide answers to specific questions asked and are not intended to be an exhaustive check of employment, education, certifications, and other background information.
- All referrals are made in confidence. Acceptance of our referrals constitutes acceptance of the terms of this document.
