| The Field Service Specialist reports directly to the Field Service Operations Manager/Field Service General Manager and is responsible for the support and enhancing customer service and satisfaction, in conjunction with the Account Manager with expertise in field service operations. Responsible for business development, maintenance of customer relationships and the scoping of projects/jobs. Previous industry experience strongly preferred.
